Mail Order:
All items will be delivered by air parcel postal service. Kindly allow 3 working days within Singapore and 12 to 16 working days for delivery overseas.

• We can show proof of posting, if required but cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
• All prices indicated include postal and handling charges within Singapore only. For overseas order, please check the zone you are in to add on the postal charges. Customs charges, import duties and postal clearance fees, if any are to be borne by the purchaser.

Hamper Order:
Hampers can be delivered within Singapore only. Kindly allow 2 working days to process the order

Message Lollies:
Message Lollies can be delivered within Singapore only. Kindly allow 3-5 working days to process the order, and allow at least 5-7 working days if you submit your own graphics.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in Singapore only. Kindly allow 3-5 working days to process the order
